You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund upon approval. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%, shipping costs and any special offer reimbursements from the original order.
