Each vendor is responsible for establishing their own shipping policies, processing times, and delivery arrangements. Shipping information may vary depending on the vendor and product. Please refer to the applicable product page for specific shipping details and processing times.

Multi-Shop Checkout

MyEcoHome allows customers to purchase products from multiple vendors in one checkout and one payment when those vendors are eligible for Multi-Shop Checkout. Customers may also choose to check out separately with each vendor if they prefer to place individual orders. 

When products from multiple vendors are included in the same checkout, each vendor remains an independent seller and is responsible for processing, fulfilling, and shipping their own products. Shipping charges from each vendor are calculated separately and added together to form the total shipping cost for your purchase.

Please note:

  • One payment: Eligible products from multiple vendors can be purchased together in one transaction.
  • Separate vendor checkout: Customers may choose to complete checkout separately for each vendor instead of purchasing from multiple vendors in one transaction.
  • Separate vendors: Each vendor remains responsible for their own products, orders, and fulfillment.
  • Separate shipping: Shipping options, fees, processing times, and delivery arrangements are determined separately by each vendor.
  • Separate fulfillment: Each vendor will process and ship their items independently. Products from different vendors may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
  • One shipping address: A multi-vendor checkout uses one shipping address and one payment method. If you need an item shipped to a different address, a separate checkout may be required.
  • Vendor-specific policies: Shipping, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and other policies are determined by the individual vendor and may vary between products.

Orders from Multiple Vendors

When a purchase includes products from multiple vendors, the products are processed and fulfilled separately by each vendor, even when they are purchased through a single checkout and payment.

Each vendor is responsible for managing their own portion of the order and shipping their products directly to the customer. As a result, shipping options, fees, processing times, and estimated delivery dates may vary between vendors.

Customers may receive multiple packages, and products purchased in the same checkout may arrive at different times.

Shipping Options

Vendors may choose from a variety of shipping options to best meet their customers’ needs. Available options may include:

  • Free Shipping
  • Flat Rate Shipping
  • Canada Post Shipping
  • Vendor-Arranged Shipping: Vendors may use their own shipping methods, preferred carriers, or delivery services.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, order details, and other applicable factors. Shipping rates, processing times, and estimated delivery dates may vary by vendor and are determined by the individual vendor. 

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside of the vendor’s control, including weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, and other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

For international orders, buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.
