Refund Policy

Buyers are entitled to cancel their order and receive a full refund. The buyer is entitled to a full refund or exchange depending on the vendor’s policy. Please refer to the product page and/or vendor's store for more details. In certain circumstances, some items may not be returned, for reasons such as for hygienic purposes. If for any reason vendors are not able to honour one of their store policies, they will let buyers know and keep them up to date on the process. Buyers should make themselves aware of each vendor's policy before making a purchase. Returns will be refunded via MyEcoHome once the vendor has received the product. Contact vendor to initiate a return.
