• Ingredients: magnesium sulphate, matricaria chamomilla flower, symphytum officinale leaf & root , calendula officinalis flower, rosa centifolia flower, humulus lupulus flower, avena sativa kernel, lavendula angustifolia (lavender) flower oil

• cloth bag supplied

 Suggested Use:

1) Fill supplied cloth bag with 1/3 c. of mixture.

2) Place bag into the bath as you run the water (the warmer the better).

3) Rest there for 1/2 hr. to gain maximum benefits.

 4) Repeat as needed (enough for 5 weeks).
