Returns:

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery. We work hard to ensure that your shipment is correct, so we'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  Items must be received in original re-sellable condition, AND in it's original and complete, product packaging. Returns are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%, shipping costs and any special offer reimbursements from the original order. Seasonal merchandise, special orders, made-to-order items (art poles, floor vinyls, etc.), sale, clearance, used, items missing their product packing, and gift with purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
